TERMS & CONDITIONS
o How to Register
  All participants are encouraged to visit www.apcaaci2010.org for individual online registration which opens in January 2010
  Alternatively, you may complete and sign the PDF registration form and send it back, with the appropriate payment details and all related correspondence properly enclosed, to the Congress Secretariat at the address stated above. Kindly note that registration forms received without payment or credit card authorisation will not be processed. Only individual registration will be accepted (one registration form per participant).
   For group registration (group of 10 delegates and more), please contact the Congress Secretariat for group registration details and instructions. All group registrations must be submitted by
31st August 2010, Tuesday.
   If you have already registered online or faxed your registration form with all payment details, please do not mail a copy of this form as it may result in a duplicate registration.
Registration Fees
All participants are required to pay the registration fee (in Singapore Dollars) stated in the registration form, which includes the following:
o Full Delegate
   Name badge, congress bag, programme and abstract book
   Admission to all scientific sessions (do not include Pre-Congress Courses) and exhibition hall
   Invitation to Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
   Two tea breaks per full-day conference
   Certificate of Attendance
o Pre-Congress Courses 
   Name badge, congress bag, programme and abstract book
   Two tea breaks per full-day Pre-congress Course
Registration Deadlines
o Deadline for Early Bird Registration : 30 April 2010, Friday 
o Deadline for Standard Registration : 30 September 2010, Thursday
Confirmation of Registration 
Once payment has been cleared, you will receive the confirmation either via email or fax; or by mail if you do not have email or fax. Please include your email address and/or fax number clearly in the registration form. To expedite the collection of conference bag, please bring along your registration confirmation letter to the Registration Counters as proof of your payment and registration.
Cancellation and Refund
Any cancellation and request for refund must be submitted in writing to the “8th Asia Pacific Congress of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology” Congress Secretariat by 31 August 2010, Tuesday. Refund, less SGD100.00 administrative fee, will be made within two months after the 8th Asia Pacific Congress of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology. No refund, will be made for requests received after
31st August 2010, Tuesday.
Occupation
* For 'Trainee' you must submit a letter from your Head of Department certifying your trainee status at the time of registration together with your registration form.    
On-Site Registration
For on-site registration, only cash (Singapore Dollars) and credit card payments will be accepted. 
Congress Dinner 
Congress Dinner is chargeable at SGD150.00 per delegate or per accompanying person and it’s optional. 
Language
The official language of the Congress is English. There will be no translations available.
